Welcome to pip social. We’re committed to creating a respectful, safe, and enjoyable environment for everyone. By attending our events, you agree to the following conditions:

1. Event Photography
 

• Consent to Photography: By purchasing a ticket to our event, you consent to be photographed and/or filmed for the purposes of promoting our events. Your image may be used in promotional content, including but not limited to social media, our website, and other marketing materials.

• Opting Out: If you prefer not to be filmed or photographed, please inform pip social hosts upon arrival, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Whilst we will do our best to accommodate your request, due to the nature of large events, it may not always be possible to fully avoid capturing images or video of individuals who have opted out. By attending, you agree that we are not responsible for any incidental photos or videos that may include you within the shot.
   

2. Ticket Refunds and Transfers
 

• Refund Policy: We do not provide financial refunds unless we have specifically stated so in writing or in exceptional circumstances under our discretion.

• Voucher Option: If you cancel your ticket with at least 24 hours’ notice, we can provide a voucher for the full ticket amount. Vouchers are valid for use within 90 days from the date of issue and can be redeemed at future events.

• Non-Transferable Tickets: Tickets are intended for individual use and may not be transferred to others unless explicitly approved by pip social.
   

3. Independent Venues and Liability
 

• Venue Independence: Our events are held at independently operated venues that are responsible for their own premises and facilities. Please note that these venues are not owned or managed by pip social. By attending an event, you acknowledge that the event is taking place at an independent venue which is not under the control of pip social. You agree to accept all risks associated with attending events at independent venues and agree that pip social shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from your attendance at the venue’s facilities, or any other venue-related issues. Any issues or incidents arising from the venue’s operations, facilities, equipment, or services shall be addressed directly with the venue operator.
   

• Limitation of Liability: By attending our events, you agree that pip social is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or other harm (whether direct or indirect) that may occur during or as a result of attending events at these independent venues. We encourage guests to exercise caution and prioritise personal safety at all times.
   

4. Respectful Conduct
 

• We aim to maintain an inclusive, safe, and respectful environment at all our events. Disrespectful, disruptive, or offensive behaviour will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove individuals who violate this policy, without refund.
