1. Event Photography
 

• Consent to Photography: By purchasing a ticket to our event, you consent to be photographed and/or filmed for the purposes of promoting our events. Your image may be used in promotional content, including but not limited to social media, our website, and other marketing materials.#

2. Ticket Refunds and Transfers
 

• Refund Policy: All ticket sales are final. Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred, unless the event is cancelled by us. Please ensure that you are able to attend before completing your purchase. If we cancel the event, we will provide details regarding rescheduling or credit options directly to ticket holders.

3. Independent Venues and Liability
 

• Venue Independence: Our events are held at independently operated venues that are responsible for their own premises and facilities. Please note that these venues are not owned or managed by pip social. By attending an event, you acknowledge that the event is taking place at an independent venue which is not under the control of pip social. You agree to accept all risks associated with attending events at independent venues and agree that pip social shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from your attendance at the venue’s facilities, or any other venue-related issues. Any issues or incidents arising from the venue’s operations, facilities, equipment, or services shall be addressed directly with the venue operator.
   

• Limitation of Liability: By attending our events, you agree that pip social is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or other harm (whether direct or indirect) that may occur during or as a result of attending events at these independent venues. We encourage guests to exercise caution and prioritise personal safety at all times.
   

4. Respectful Conduct
 

• We aim to maintain an inclusive, safe, and respectful environment at all our events. Disrespectful, disruptive, or offensive behaviour will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove individuals who violate this policy, without refund.
